*Rules

  • Candidates must complete the congress registration in order to apply for the awards,
  • Awards for oral and poster presentations will be selected among the abstracts submitted,
  • Awards will be given to the first authors only,
  • Abstracts must be authentic and not published on any other scientific journal,
  • Award candidates must be under the age of 40,
  • Award package contents:
    • Only early registration and discounted registration rules & policies apply for pre-congress course and congress registrations,
    • Accommodations are provided as single rooms (bed & breakfast only). Accommodation reservations are provided for the congress hotel or for the hotels approved by the award committee,
    • Flight tickets will be provided after the pre-congress course/congress registration is completed and the award packages only include economy class tickets.

Dr. Arash Pirat Organ Donation Special Award**
(Prize: 1000 USD)

**Rules

  • Candidates must complete the congress registration in order to apply for the award,
  • The special award will be given to one abstract that is selected among the oral abstracts submitted,
  • The award will be given on to the first author only,
  • The Abstract must contain an authentic study about organ donation and not be published on any other scientific journal,
  • The award candidate must be under the age of 40.

Important Notes for Grant Applicants:

  1. Candidates must complete the congress registration in order to apply for the grants,
  2. Accommodation and flight reservations will be sent to the participant along with an official letter for the participants who complete the congress registration,
  3. If the participant wants to cancel congress registration after the accommodation and flight reservations are sent, regular cancellation policies apply. Any extra charges due to flight cancellation will be collected from the congress registration fee. Registration fees will not be refunded for cancellations made after October 1st, 2018.
